💢💢💢 Room for rent at Auskamplanden in Enschede A room with a private sink and laminate flooring of around 16 m2 will be available in Enschede from 1st August 2023, the rent is EUR 450,= euros per month, all in. The student house is 12 minutes by bicycle from Saxion. We are looking for a nice and friendly student. Rent EUR 450,= is including service costs, internet 100Mb/s, using washing machine, dryer, etc. To keep the student house clean and hygienic, we provide a bi-weekly cleaning lady for the common areas, which is included in the price. Car parking is free. The kitchen and 2 bathrooms are shared, and bikes can be left in a secured and covered bike parking. There are supermarkets (Albert Heijn) close within walking distance and a bus stop right behind the house. Please contact us if you are interested.
