Downstairs there is a sofa bed or a second bed (can live two people who are not a couple). Private bathroom is inside the studio. High ceilings, smooth walls, bright and quiet (overlooks courtyard, you can't hear anything). Closets and furniture. Perfect for a couple or two companions. All utilities are included up to 120 euros/month. Over 120€ the bills (wifi, water, electricity) will be split amongst the tenants of the sutdios. Bills will be shown. Please note a conscious use of electricity is a must....
