It is located on a very quiet cobblestone street in the heart of Madragoa, two steps away from the river Tagus. → Bed The studio has a comfortable queen-size bed. → Seating Area Seating Area with a cozy sofa and flat screen TV → Kitchenette Well equipped kitchennette with mini-fridge, microwave, cooktop, espresso coffee machine (coffee not included) and a dining table for 2. → Bathroom Modern bathroom with shower. → Garden and Swimming Pool Enjoy the sunny weather in the shared garden and refresh yourself in the delightful swimming pool. Please note that there's not a full-size closet for clothes due the studio size and layout. There are however several hidden hanging and storing solutions to keep everything organised. The studio is not equipped with a washing machine, but there's a self service laundry just 300 meters away, perfect for the weekly wash. → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For longer stays, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Swimming Pool is available all year and can be used between 9h00 and 19h00.
