It's a very good option if you are student or young worker and want to spend some time in the beautiful city of Valencia. It's a totally equiped and furnished bedroom: - Bed 90x190cm - Wardrobe - Desk with lamp and chair - Bedside table - Window - Lock for your privacy APARTMENT: The apartment sizes 125m2 and it has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Common areas are beautiful, with a living room with sofa and TV where you can spend time sharing with your flatmates and a big kitchen. The kitchen is also equipped with: - Ceramic hob - Refrigerator - Oven - Washing machine - Tableware EXPENSES: The rental price includes internet and a weekly cleaning of the common areas. The costs of utilities are as follows: -Water: 10€/month -Electricity: 25€/month, if any month the consumption is more than 25€, the difference will be paid separately. In this case, the expenses are shared equal parts between the tenants. CLEANING SERVICE: We offer for free a cleaning service once per week of common areas. It's a tenant rensponsibility to keep the flat clean, tidy and in good conditions. Our cleaning service is mainly to help you with the cleaning, but it's important to keep everything clean. The cleaning products must be provided by the tenants. You can find a list of the cleaning products needed at the apartment. BED LINEN: For a hygienic reason, we do not provide any bed linen, neither pillow, duvetor duvet cover. CHECK IN AND CHECKOUT TIME: The check in will be at the office. We will meet here to complete the payments, sign the rental agreement and provide a set of keys of your new home. The check in hours will be from 4:00PM to 8:00PM. If you arrive to Valencia earlier you can leave the luggage at my office meanwhile. If you arrive later than 8:00PM we will leave your keys at a 24H point, where you will be able to collect them.
