Affittasi per sei mesi, da luglio a dicembre, a ragazza studentessa, POSTO LETTO IN CAMERA CONDIVISA con letto alla francese. L’appartamento è un bilocale ristrutturato di recente ed arredato con tutti mobili nuovi ed è fornito di ogni cosa, utensili ed elettrodomestici inclusi (forno, lavatrice, bollitore, televisore schermo piatto, asse e ferro da stiro, doppi vetri, riscaldamento autonomo, aspirapolvere). Si entra in una zona living molto luminosa con cucina, librerie, divano letto matrimoniale in ecopelle e tv. Vi sono poi un bagno luminoso e finestrato e una grande camera da letto con due letti alla francese di cui uno a castello (il che conferisce anche una certa privacy), 2 scrivanie, e un grande armadio quattro stagioni, con finestra su strada alberata. Si trova in una zona tranquilla e ben collegata ( tram 15 sotto casa in 15 minuti si arriva al Duomo e in 5 minuti alla metroverde; bus 90 e 91 e tram 3 a 5 minuti a piedi). Inoltre la posizione è ottima in quanto a pochi passi vi sono supermercati ( Esselunga sotto casa), farmacia, pizzeria, tabacchino, bar, Poste, ottico, panificio, erboristeria, fioraio, parrucchiere, chiesa...praticamente tutto! La zona è tranquilla e residenziale. L’appartamento è vicinissimo alla Naba, alla Iulm, alla Cattolica e alla Bocconi. Il prezzo richiesto è €500 spese incluse...
