This flat has been the former music studio of Frank Farian & Boney M., you will sleep in their recording studio from 1976! We are going abroad for at least 12 months and are looking for nice and reliable tenants for this period or longer. Our very nice, large, bright and spacious flat on the upper floor with southern exposure and sunny balcony is located very close to the Kudamm between Olivaer Platz and Preußenpark. From here you are within 5 minutes walking distance to Kudamm of the heart of Berlin, all amenities like restaurants, supermarkets, schools, kindergardens, swimming pools and parks are nearby. The Berlin city forest Grunewald can also be reached in 15 minutes by bike. We are looking for mindful tenants who feel as comfortable in our flat during our absence as we do and also treat our furniture & plants well. If you do not want to have plants, they can also be removed. Von hier aus sind Sie in 5 Minuten fußläufig am Kudamm im Herzen Berlins, alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Restaurants, Supermärkte, Schulen, Kindergärten, Schwimmbäder und Parks befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der Berliner Stadtwald Grunewald ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Wir suchen achtsame Mieter, die sich während unserer Abwesenheit in unserer Wohnung genauso wohl fühlen wie wir und auch unsere Möbel und Pflanzen gut behandeln.
