It is also conveniently located within walking distance of the nearest subway station, Malilla - Pianista Empar Iturbi (2 minutes walk), allowing you to explore the city and its surrounding areas easily. Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is conveniently located near the city's central train station, making exploring Valencia and its surroundings easy. You can take a short walk to the station and hop on a train to visit nearby towns and cities or explore Valencia's vibrant neighbourhoods on foot. It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with your loved one. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. There are two bedrooms. The first room is furnished with a double bed, and the second has two single beds; all beds are complete with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The workroom boasts a delightful small balcony accessed through a convenient door, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and scenic views while working. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. -There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. -Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, you will have an extra charge of 120€/monthly in terms of utilities and service (electricity, water supply, etc). -Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). -Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. -Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
