It has a big balcony at 1.8 meter length, and it is found on the 1rst floor of the building. Also, it has all electric appliances, washing machine, bed linen & kitchen utensils. The neighbourhood has all the facilities around (supermarket, market place, bakery, tavern, cafe, bus station) at a distance of 50 meter. Also, the area is really close to the bus station that goes to city centre and University Campus. Available exclusively for 1-2 students, or remote workers willing to live in Thessaloniki.
