I'm renting out my beautiful flat in the city center of Vienna from 01st of February - 14th of March 2025 (extensions of the rental period are NOT possible). It involves an anteroom, a bathroom, a seperate toilet, a large living room with a kitchen niche and a bedroom with a workplace. It is perfect for a solo or a couple (one bedroom with a King-size bed) and especially well fitted for students as the University of Vienna (Hauptuni), the Medical University (MUW) and the Technical University (TU) are about fifteen minutes away. As there are three Metro-stations (U2, U3 & U6) and a bunch of tram lines very near to the apartment almost every part of Vienna can be reached easily. The flat borders to an inner courtyard which means it's completely quite and peaceful. It is completely furnitured; you will find everything you need for a great stay in one of the most beautiful cities of Europe! The monthly rent of 800€ contain the operating costs, high-speed WIFI and water. Electricity and gas for heating you have to pay seperatly directly to the provider, the estimated costs for that will be 100-150€ per month, depending on your rate of consumption...
