Recently renovated student house with international spirit ! Located between two universities ULB and VUB It is a big double room of 35 m2to share with a friend or another student of the same gender we search. Room has double furniture (two beds, two closets, two desks,....and private bathroom and toilet to share in the room) Kitchen is in common and cleaned 2X a week. Each student has his own locker and shelf in the fridge. Included in the rental price: water, internet access , electricity, fire insurance, heating... Facilities: study room, cloth dryer, washing machine, ... Price is per person in a double room.: 425 euro + 100 euro Academic year students: 12 months rental contract Upon request we accept a low percentage of semester students: minimum 6 months contract The deposit must be paid right after the booking and together with signing the rental contract!...
