The brick-red room is 12m2, and the green room is 9m2. 🏠👥 The common areas include: - A living room, a lounge with a sofa and a coffee table, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge with freezer, microwave, induction hob, convection oven, coffee machine, dishes, and cooking accessories). - A brand-new washing machine with an integrated dryer. - A 15m2 covered balcony (sheltered from the weather) with a table, 4 chairs, and an outdoor sofa. - A separate toilet. - A bathroom with an Italian shower and 1 large drawer for each roommate. - The residence also has a private garden where you can organize a barbecue.
