We will be three: you, me and my cat. Less than half an hour by metro from Universidad CEU San Pablo - Monteprincipe. All amenities of the neighbourhood at your doorstep: Carrefour, Lidl, pharmacys, Laundry, commerces, etc. Two minutes walk from campamento metro station, which will take you in five minutes to Aluche train and bus station. Five minutes by bus to Príncipe Pío train and bus station. Parque de atracciones and el zoo is five minutes by metro. Nice promenades in Parque de Aluche and in La Casa de Campo...

How rent is calculated

Daily basis

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
