A fully-functioning and regularly stocked kitchen, that will give you more quality time with your family during your stay. Hand-picked fixtures and decorations to give off comfort and cozy place for our guests. A convenient location, just a brief taxi ride to both NEC and Birmingham Airport. The property comes with two king size beds, two double beds and two double sofa beds. A vast and modish living area, excellent for a relaxing environment. The kitchen boasts French doors that look out to the rear garden. A fully equipped kitchen and a 6 seater dining table. Easy access to both washing machines and dryers, are ideal for longer term guests. You will have exclusive access to the whole property for the duration of your stay. There are washing and drying facilities in the property which the guests are welcome to use throughout their time in the property. Should you have any questions or concerns, we are available throughout your stay. We will be on hand to help with any queries with a direct phone number, plus we’ll also be regularly monitoring our messaging services. So feel free to reach out! There is CCTV covering the exterior of the property for security purposes. We do not accept parties or excessive noise in the property – if this occurs, you will be asked to leave immediately. If not using a car the easiest way to travel would be either buy Uber Ta(hidden) public transport.
