Running daily errands is quite effortless with multiple shops in the area. The building itself is calm and personal with not more than 20 tenants, mostly families. My apartment is facing a green yard which makes it a very quiet place. The center of my place is the bright and spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed, TV and the dining table for up to four. The view to the green yard with trees and lots of green is a special feature. The bedroom offers piece and quietness. You can choose from the entire range from pitch-black during night to birdsong in the morning. The bed is king size and a spacious wardrobe offers lots of space for your stuff.
