Although not furnished, there is a small 3 parts cabinet in the room and a storage on wheels. In the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms/showers/toilets, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a nice veranda and a large garden to have your grillparties. There is a roofed carport in the private garden to park your bicycle safely. Shops are closeby at 300 m, trainstation to Enschede only 5 min by bike (1,2 km). You will be living with 5 other students, who are all studying in Enschede, either at university, academy or art college. The rent is all-inclusive, e.g. rent, gas, water, electricity, municipal and council taxes, internet (100 mB), insurance for the house. Insurance for your personal belongings and personal accountability should be made by yourself....
