The room is equipped with LED TV, single bed, 2-door wardrobe, desk, bedside table, curtains, mirror, shoe rack, bookcase. In addition, the huge space of this private room also offers a private balcony ideal for going out into the fresh air at any time you want. Located on the fifth and top floor, it is placed in a unique position of its kind for centrality and convenience to any means of transport for Venice. It is also a few steps from Piazza Ferretto, the most characteristic and well-kept area of the city. Just renovated in every detail, the apartment is bright and very spacious. In total 150 square meters of surface for a maximum of 6 students, one per room. It consists of a kitchen with a balcony, 2 bathrooms and 6 single rooms, two of which have a private balcony. The apartment is excellently refurbished according to everything our students need. Equipped with WI-FI, washing machine, equipped kitchen. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
