We have added a kitchen in the laundry room in the down floor to provide more privacy for our guest. My family lives upstairs and we enter to the top floor from another door, we have our own kitchen, toilets, dusch, and bedrooms in the top floor. The area In the down floor is approximately 120 sqm, There is only one guest room that we are renting out, which means you will have good privacy. Down Floor map is provided in the photos. Wifi, heating, clean bed sheets, and Kitchen utensils all included. Due to the high price of electricity, TV, and Jacuzzi are not included in the rental agreement. The villa is located nearby Sollentuna & Kista centrum with access to bus stop in 50m (bus stop name: Lillebovagen).
