The apartment has 5 private bedrooms, some with private balconies, kitchen with balcony and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms all have a larger and more comfortable double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers. You will also find towels, pillows, sheets, blankets and slippers in your room! The kitchen is complete with all appliances, pots, glasses, cutlery and everything you need to prepare your meal in serenity and joy. The price is ALL INCLUSIVE and includes: Rent, expenses, heating, utilities, Wifi and weekly cleaning of the common areas of the house. If you cancel when your move-in date is:
- More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
- Less than 7 days away – No refund
