Strategically located in a quiet and safe area, ideal for getting around Florence on foot and sleep well at night! :) There is a comfy double sofa bed in the living room downstairs (width is 63 inches / 160 cm) and 2 single beds that can be turned into a double bed in the loft upstairs. This lovely flat has low, beamed ceilings that add to the character of the place, making it charming and cozy. Pls note that the height of the beamed ceiling that covers part of the living room (see pictures) is 80 inches/204cm, while the beamed ceiling of the bedroom in the loft upstairs is 70 inches/177 cm at the highest point and 60 inches /150 cm at the lowest point. The width of the wooden staircase is 23,6 inches / 60 cm (11 steps). Please note: The utilities are to be considered indicative and may vary based on the monthly payments requested and the number of occupants present in the apartments.
