The sleeping area has 3 double bedrooms each with enough storage space to store everything you need. The master bedroom has access to a cozy and spacious terrace where you can disconnect from the day. The bedrooms share 2 full bathrooms with shower. A fourth room equipped as a study, is the ideal space to use as a study and perform academic or work tasks, as you prefer. The apartment has air conditioning, electric heating and high-speed wifi. The location is unbeatable. in the Eixample Dreta neighborhood, in Carrer de Roselló, surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of stores. Being on the border with the Gracia neighborhood, it allows you to enjoy all the activities that this picturesque neighborhood offers in its narrow and traditional streets. Paseo Sant Joan, 1 minute away from the apartment, is one of the most beautiful streets in Barcelona, inviting you to go for walks, sports or outdoor activities. All along the way you will find a varied gastronomic offer in the terraces that open onto this green promenade, which ends at the Arc de Triomphe and the Parc de la Ciutadella. Diagonal Avenue and Paseo de Gracia, 2 of the most important axes of the city are located a few steps from the apartment, where you will find tourist attractions such as Casa Batllo and La Pedrera. In addition Sagrada Familia, monumental work of the Catalan architect Gaudi, is located 10 minutes walk away, in the surroundings are installed a number of bars and cafes where people gather to enjoy the spectacular view of tremendous work.
