Wir haben Holzlaminat und Granitfliesen verlegt, um eine hygienische und saubere Umgebung zu schaffen. Durch die zentrale Lage haben unsere Mieter kurze Wege zu Bahnhof, Supermärkten und Ärzten. Wasch- und Trockenmöglichkeiten sowie Glasfaser-Internet stehen im Haus zur Verfügung. Unsere Zimmer sind hell, ruhig und mit LED-Lichtern ausgestattet. Das Objekt befindet sich in einer verkehrsberuhigten 30er Zone mit Parkmöglichkeiten. Es ist perfekt für ein WG-Leben geeignet. Unsere schöne Wohnung befindet sich in einer Top-Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof, was eine hervorragende Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ermöglicht. Es gibt zahlreiche Fitness-Studios, Supermärkte und Ärzte in der direkten Umgebung. Die Innenstadt ist auch in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet somit die perfekte Kombination aus Stadt- und Wohnleben...
