Description

This spacious and confortable one bedroom apartment is very bright and sunny. It's located at 2km from the neareast beach (Praia da Oura) and a 20 min walk to the Oura strip, famous for it's bars and restaurants. The apartment bedroom has one double bed, private balcony and closet. The living room has a sofa that can be transformed into a confortable double bed, smart tv (with netflix app) and a large balcony with table and chairs where the guests can enjoy their meals. The kitchen is equiped with a fridge / freezer, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle and expresso / capuccino maker. The bathroom has shower / bathtube for our guests to enjoy. Pets are allowed, however we charge an extra cleaning fee for guests bringing their pets. Baby and child items available on request. First Rent throug Housing Anywhere, subsequent months payment in cash. Security deposit payed on arrival....

How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
