The dining area is furnished with a table and chairs, and the living space is equipped with a TV. The fully furnished kitchen includes a washing machine for added convenience. Additionally, the building has a lift. Room: This charming room is fully furnished and includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk, chair and lamp. You’ll also find a spacious wardrobe, a bedside table with an additional lamp and a mirror. The comfortable double bed measures 140 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Facing the entrance of the building, the room features a shared balcony that offers lovely street views and abundant natural light. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements. Others: - The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit). - A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent. - We offer bed sheets and towels just as shown in the pictures. - The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with an equivalent replacement. - The rooms are for individual use, except if we have a previous agreement. - Visits are allowed, but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner. - All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the security deposit paid. - Check-ins are possible from Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm.
