The living room includes a TV, and the kitchen comes fully furnished and is equipped with a washing machine for your convenience. The building has a lift, but please note that there is no balcony. Room: This charming room is fully furnished and includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk, chair and a lamp. You will also find a wardrobe, a bedside table with an additional lamp and a mirror. The comfortable double bed measures 140 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Has a small window that even though it is small still provides plenty of room. This room faces the front of the building having a great view of the street. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements. Others: - The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit). - A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent. - We offer bed sheets and towels just as shown in the pictures. - The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with an equivalent replacement. - The rooms are for individual use, except if we have a previous agreement. - Visits are allowed, but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner. - All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the security deposit paid. - Check-ins are possible from Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm. Weekends & public holidays may be possible with a 20 euros charge per person. - We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat. - Mandatory fee: The amount of €55 for a single bed or €65 for a double bed will be deducted from the security deposit, which corresponds to the basic linen kit that includes: sheets, pillowcases and towels.
