Room: This charming room is fully furnished and includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a small desk, chair and a lamp. You will also find a wardrobe, a bedside table with an additional lamp and mirror. The comfortable double bed measures 140 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This room also features a closed-out balcony that faces the front side of the building so be advised that it could be noisy at times. As a disclaimer we advise you that this room has two doors however, one of them is sealed and does not access anywhere. We would also want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements. Others: - The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit). - A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent. - We offer bed sheets and towels just as shown in the pictures. - The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with an equivalent replacement. - The rooms are for individual use, except if we have a previous agreement. - Visits are allowed, but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner. - All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the security deposit paid. - Check-ins are possible from Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm. Weekends & public holidays may be possible with a 20 euros charge per person. - We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat. - Mandatory fee: The amount of €55 for a single bed or €65 for a double bed will be deducted from the security deposit, which corresponds to the basic linen kit that includes: sheets, pillowcases and towels.
