Plus, with easy access to public transport, you can easily discover all that Lisbon has to offer. → Building The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator and parking available (access to the garage through elevator temporarily unavailable). Ideal for couples or small families looking to rest in a privileged but very quiet and safe area of Lisbon! Construction work is taking place in the subway, so there may be some resulting noise as well as traffic disruptions. → Bedrooms The apartment has one bedroom featuring 1 Double-Bed and Air Conditioning. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with bathtub and shower. → Living / Dining Room The living / dining room has a TV with cable connection, an inviting sofa-bed, air conditioning and a dining table for 4. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 14:00. Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Parking available upon request - access to the garage through the elevator is temporarily unavailable. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
