There are many amenities in a walking distance (250m) - many shops (Spar, Hofer, Eurospin...), green areas, banks, many different sporting activities, good bus connections etc. The price includes all off the bills, the Wifi is fast and reliable and is already included aswell as monthly cleaning of all the common areas by a cleaning lady we provide....
