Our amenities include a fully furnished kitchen, a separate bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (1.60 m), a pull-out sofa bed (1.60 m) in the living room with a modern TV and a private bathroom with shower to make you feel at home. On your private balcony you can also relax outside after a busy day. In case of dirty laundry, you have the possibility to wash your clothes in your own washing machine in the room. A special highlight, however, is the built-in air conditioner, which ensures a pleasant indoor climate even on hot summer days. Therefore your apartment offers everything you need for a stay with us. Included in the price is mandatory weekly cleaning. Please note that we charge an extra 20% of the monthly rent for additional guests. We do not offer apartment viewings on site. Fällt mal schmutzige Wäsche an, hast Du die Möglichkeit, Deine Kleidung in Deiner eigenen Waschmaschine im Zimmer zu waschen. Besonderes Highlight ist jedoch die eingebaute Klimaanlage, die auch an heißen Sommertagen für ein angenehmes Raumklima sorgt.
