You will find a flat screen as well as all pay TV channels (Netflix). There is a large bathroom with storage and a washing machine. You will also find a balcony. The neighborhood: The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the metro line B - Compans Caffarelli. The Capitol is a 15 minute walk and 10 minutes by subway. Rent price: 580 euros (450 euros rent + 130 euros charges) all charges included (water, electricity, internet). No fees will therefore be added.
