The location is excellent, it is only a 10-minute walk from the metro and close to numerous bus and tram stops. Additional information: - linen (towels and sheets) won't be provided - required documents: passport, residential address, tax code, residence permit if the tenant is not from the European Union - in the absence of the mentioned documents, € 42 per month tourist tax will be charged per person - the fee for the last cleaning will be deducted from the deposit and the amount - starting from € 50 - will be calculated based on the size of the accommodation and the cleaning condition...

If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
