The historic town house from the 19th century has been partially renovated and is located in the district of Mülln, within walking distance of Salzburg's Old Town. The Student Residence Salzachgässchen 4 is energy self-sufficient and CO2 neutral. Our own hydroelectric power station manages the electric power supply for household, hot water and heating. All units are furnished and have free Lan internet. Tenants have acess to the house-own garden directly on the Salzach river as well as the fitness studio at the affiliated residence, DieWG. Coin-operated washing machines and dryer are available for shared use. Our Student Residence Salzachgässchen 4 is 100% non-smoking. Pets are not allowed....
