Located in Marquês do Pombal, this home offers easy access to a variety of transports, such as the metro Marquês do Pombal (yellow and blue line). Pharmacies, supermarkets and universities are conveniently located nearby, making everyday life more convenient. The house itself is spacious and well equipped, with 9 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 of them private). The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking meals. Please note: - Payment: Must be completed 72 hours before check-in directly to the landlord. This includes the last month’s rent, security deposit, and Administration fee. - Monthly Cleaning Fee: €25. Additional cleaning available upon request. - Cleaning of the common areas is provided at least twice a month. - Utilities: Included up to €25 per tenant. - Bedding: Pillows, duvet, and bed sheets are not provided. - Check-ins: Available Monday to Saturday, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. No check-ins on Sundays or public holidays. - If the rental is for two people, there is an extra cost of 100 euros on top of the rent you see in the listing.
