Description

I rent a very large room in Piazza della Radio (Marconi). The room is about 20 square metres and has a double bed, a chest of drawers, a 4-door wardrobe and air conditioning. The house is about 80 square metres and is in good condition (the kitchen was renovated few years ago). In total 3 people live in the house. The area is commercial (there are 2 supermarkets nearby), shops, bookshops, bars and restaurants but it is quiet and safe at night. It is also well connected with the centre, Eur, Roma Tre university and Fiumicino (Trastevere train station is 5 minutes walk away)...

How rent is calculated

Daily basis

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
