During your stay, you will be well-connected to the rest of the city, with several bus lines running through the area. Please note: The quiet hours take place between 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., and 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. There is a fee for check-in after 00:00. Other optional costs include a baby high chair and a crib for 20 Euros each. Transfer service and private tours are available upon request. Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement. Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs: 1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking. 2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct). 3).
