The first room has a single bed, TV and desk to study or work, as you wish. The second room has a double bed, TV and shelves. The third bedroom is a double room with closet and desk. The 3 bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. The wonderful terrace is the ideal space to meet with friends and enjoy the warm weather of Barcelona, as it is very spacious and furnished so that you only have to worry about enjoying the sun and the views. The apartment has electric heating and high speed wifi. The location is ideal, within the sought after neighborhood of Eixample as it is very central, quiet and residential. In the surroundings you will find all kinds of stores, bars, pharmacies and restaurants, as well as various tourist attractions. Just 9 minutes away, you will find Plaza Catalunya, one of the most important landmarks of the city, and Plaza Urquinaona. Both squares are centers of commerce and leisure, where you can find endless activities and a varied gastronomic offer. Paseo Sant Joan, one of the most beautiful streets in Barcelona, perfect for outdoor activities, walking and sports, is 5 minutes away. The iconic and impressive Sagrada Familia Basilica is 9 minutes away.
