Il se compose au RDC d'un grand espace de vie 50m2 comprenant : - une salle à manger avec une table extensible et une véritable banquette de bar - un salon Tv, canapé d'angle et clic clac pour un couchage double d'appoint -une cuisine ouverte meublée et équipée avec un bar américain, des plaques au gaz, four, micro-ondes, frigo, lave-vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine (casseroles, vaisselle, etc ...)
