The rest area has 2 double bedrooms with fitted closets to store everything you need. The master bedroom is en-suite. The apartment has a total of 2 bathrooms, both complete and with shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. The property has a swimming pool that you can enjoy throughout your stay. *The neighborhood:* The apartment is located in Carrer del Perelló, in the neighborhood of Poblenou. The area is very residential and quiet. Surrounded by green areas and all kinds of commerce. This neighborhood is very popular thanks to its cheerful, modern atmosphere and the 22@ area. In addition, it is located a few minutes walk from the beach Marbella and Bogatell, the best beaches in Barcelona. It has a nice promenade at the foot of the sea, surrounded by green areas, perfect for outdoor activities. Near the building you will find all kinds of services such as restaurants, supermarkets, trendy bars with spectacular terraces where you can enjoy the privileged climate of the city. The nearest station "Poblenou" (L4) is 10 minutes walking distance.
