The sleeping area is on a loft with a study/work desk, lots of storage and a separate storage room. The spacious bathroom comes with bathtub, washing machine, hairdryer. Bed linens and towels are provided. For less than 4 months of rental, we do not request a security deposit. If you rent for 4 months or more we require a 1 month security deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
