This delightful apartment, cared for in every detail, opens onto a living area furnished with refined taste, equipped with a table, four chairs with a modern design and a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, four-burner hob). A spacious bookcase divides the kitchen area from the living area, perfect as a relaxation area: a double sofa bed and a pouf are located in front of the LCD television. The sleeping area includes a very intimate and comfortable double bedroom, bedside tables and large built-in wardrobes, in elegant and bright white wood. A bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the equipment of this welcoming two-room apartment. The estimated expenses refer to a virtuous consumption profile.
