The apartment is located in Passeig Joan de Borbo, which is a perfect place to walk and enjoy the pleasant climate of the city. In front of the apartment is located the dock, where the most impressive yachts are anchored. The nearest station is "La Barceloneta" (L4) 5 minutes from the apartment.
