This beautiful and modern duplex has a new and functional kitchen with a dishwasher, equipped with everything you need to cook, for 4 people. On the upper floor, there is a large sofa bed, ideal if parents and children want to sleep separately, or if you are two couples of friends. Even if you travel alone, you will love this place, so serene to work. On the lower floor, we have a large spacious, and very comfortable 5-star hotel bed, with an orthopedic mattress, memory pillows, and a comfortable large wardrobe, where you can store all your things. The 50-inch television, allows you to watch Netflix. Going to the bathroom, you find another built-in wardrobe, where we have also inserted the tools for cleaning. The bathroom has a comfortable shower that is brand new and very elegant. From the sleeping area, you can access the garden where you can eat comfortably outside with your friends in the summer. It is also an ideal apartment for long stays. In case of availability, we can give you free parking. You will have the whole apartment available, which enjoys excellent privacy because the entrance is right next to the front door and you can use the private garden. Pets used to staying in the apartment are allowed, in case of damage a refund will be requested.
