Aquí es posible disfrutar de una agradable estancia en el centro de Sevilla, sin el bullicio típico de la ciudad pero cerca de todos los atractivos turísticos. Su patio privado hace del alojamiento un oasis. Se trata de un apartamento completamente equipado con todo lo necesario. Cocina-comedor con horno, microondas, nevera, lavadora, etc. Sala de estar con un sofá, butaca y smart TV. Desde aquí se accede a la zona de estudio/trabajo que dispone además de sofá cama. La habitación principal tiene una cama matrimonial, armario empotrado y cuarto de baño en suite. La segunda habitación con 2 camas individuales y cuarto de baño extra. Por último, pero no menos importante, un patio privado amueblado para pasar ratos al aire libre. Admitimos mascota bajo petición y con un coste extra....

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
