Pharmacies, supermarkets and universities are conveniently located nearby, making everyday life more convenient. The house itself is spacious and well equipped, with 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking meals. Please note: - Payment: Must be completed 72 hours before check-in directly to the landlord. This includes the last month’s rent, security deposit, and Administration fee. - Utilities: Included up to €25 per tenant. - Bedding: Pillows, duvet, and bed sheets are not provided. - Check-ins: Available Monday to Saturday, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
