The Agency fee is one month of the rent for periods of 5 to 11 months and half a month for shorter periods and you only pay it once. The agency fee includes maintenance service, contract service etc. The apartment is located on Avinguda de Burjassot in the northwest of Valencia. Living in this area, you will find a diverse mix of people, including families, young professionals, and students. The area is generally safe and friendly, with a mix of local and international residents. Avinguda de Burjassot is a lively and bustling street, with many shops, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it easy to find everything you need for daily life.
