The apartment is on the 2nd floor with lift, it is 8 minutes walking far from Piazza Bologna metro station and has numerous supermarkets, pubs, bars and pharmacies in the nearby. The one-time administration fee (different from the booking fee of the platform) is NOT REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation by the tenant. The fee covers different activities done before your arrival, at your arrival, and during your stay. These activities are: - Maintenance before arrival - Drafting the contract - Assisted check in - Keys at hand at check in - Delivery of a ready-to-use room - Monthly apartment cleaning A payment request will be sent to you after the booking is confirmed. IMPORTANT It's not possible to check in/out outside of the schedule below or during a holiday (example: Christmas, New Year, Ester, Sundays, etc.). No exceptions will be made. CHECK IN / OUT TIME: Monday – Friday: 9.30 - 18.00 (by appointment) Saturday: 10.30 - 12.00 with an extra cost of 50 euros (by appointment and based on our availability).
