The spacious light livingroom has a big comfy sofa and smart tv. There is a working area with desk and monitor. Also a bed sofa in case you have an extra guest. The balcony is 5 x 1 meters and provides a nice view on the street (open view). The area is quiet, but offers some vibrance as well. There is a small supermarket and tapas bar downstairs. A large mercadona supermarket is within 100 meters. The two bedrooms both have comfortable double beds (160 x 200). There are lots of drawers and wardrobes. Both have airconditioning. There is modern, stylish bathroom with rain shower and toilet. The big kitchen is provided with all equipement. There is an island with bar chairs. A big table and comfortable chairs will make this an ideal place to eat and/or work. There is a strong and solid WiFi. We offer cleaning and laundry service and in case of any inconvenience we have somebody available within 24 hours....
