We offer a comfortable, practical and cozy space. Here you can relax and re-energize with tranquility, in close proximity to beautiful beaches, the city of Espinho and the wonderful city of Porto. Located on the ground floor and without any barriers to wheelchair access, our space is a good option for people with mobility difficulties. We have two bicycles available to our guests to facilitate the proximity and to enjoy the coastline of 20 km, between Espinho and Foz do Douro river. Welcome, relax and enjoy the sun, sand and tranquility that Portugal has to offer! * We offer our guests: - one bedroom with queen size bed, - the living room with dining area and sofa with TV and which, in case of housing 3 or 4 guests, may have a double bed; - the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker; - a quiet balcony with a hammock; - bathroom with bathtub, electric towel rail and hairdryer. Do not bring anything! With all the taste we choose the sheets, towels of toilet, table service, cups, utensils of kitchen and products of bath. We want you to feel at home! * We are in the most southern borough of the District of Porto, at the entrance of the city of Espinho. Right in front of our building is the beautiful seafront walkway that runs along the coastline, between Espinho and Foz do Douro. It is possible to walk it on foot and by bicycle. The building has a hairdresser, laundry, restaurants, cafes, a great bakery and a supermarket at 500m. * We are located 30 km from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (Maia, Porto). There are two train stations - Granja e Espinho - 2km from the apartment. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes on foot. In the stations it is easy to take a taxi to the apartment. *...

How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
