Die Küche ist mit einer Modulküche der Marke Habitat und Villeroy & Boch Keramik eingerichtet. Beim Bodenbelag handelt es sich um einen aufgearbeiteten, geölten und naturbelassenen Holzdielenboden. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind fußläufig ca. 200 Meter entfernt. Die Autobahn A52 ist in ca.5 Minuten erreichbar und der Düsseldorfer Flughafen in ca. 20 Minuten. . Das Uni Klinikum Essen und das Alfried Krupp Krankenhaus sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Firmen wie z.B. EON, Brenntag, Hochtief und andere namenhaften Firmen liegen fußläufig ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.
