Die nächste Straßenbahn-Haltestelle ist 1 Minute Fußweg entfernt. Der nächste S-Bahnhof ist ca. 8 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. In direkter Nähe befinden sich eine Vielzahl von Geschäften und Restaurants. In den Medienhafen ist es ebefalls nicht weit. Die Wohnung ist ideal für eine Person, kann aber ohne Probleme auch von einem Paar bewohnt werden. Das Bett hat eine Breite von 160 cm und ist somit auch für 2 Personen geeignet. Die Küche der Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet. Mindestmietdauer: 6 Monate. Bei Anfrage zu einer Anmietung für weniger als 6 Monate sende ich ein Gastgeberangebot mit einem Aufschlag von 7%, da ich diese 7% als Umsatzsteuer ans Finanzamt abführen muss (§ 4 Nr. 12 a Satz 2 UStG).
