Each tenant has a bed with full bedding, pillows, quilts, blankets and towels, bedside table, desk, lamp, chair and a large wardrobe with three doors. With the exception of the dressing room, all rooms have one or more radiators to ensure the right temperature in winter, and individually adjustable air conditioners to feel cool in summer. The residence has a huge living/dining room with kitchen, 5 large rooms (detailed description below), 4 bathrooms (2 private bathrooms in rooms "Taj Mahal" and "Dune" and 2 shared bathrooms of 11 m2 and 5 m2 shower, WC, bidet, washbasin and cupboards) and 1 storage room (8.5 m2). You will love the huge (64 m2) common living/dining room and kitchen! In the dining room, 2 large tables, 10 chairs, 2 sofas and armchairs make everyday life more comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with Ikea cabinets, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, large refrigerator, 5 x 16-piece cutlery sets, 2 x 24-piece dinner sets, 12 deep bowls, 2 serving bowls, 18 cups, 24 glasses, complete set of pots, pans, casseroles, 17-piece tupperware set for food storage and all the necessary equipment to cook and eat well.
